8 online group sessions (1 hr each) to learn about the scientifically proven and evidence-based lifestyle practices that can help prevent, treat and potentially reverse many chronic diseases. Since poor lifestyle habits are the root cause of many chronic diseases, the way to prevent and treat these conditions is to make healthy lifestyle changes. When this is done, true healing can then begin.

These doctor-lead sessions are done in a group format to facilitate a sense of community, peer-support and group learning which are essential in implementing healthy lifestyle practices.
