Dr. George Cho, ND, MFSc, CEP serves as the Clinic Director of Pathways to Wholeness Lifestyle Medicine in Toronto, Canada. He is a licensed naturopathic doctor who focuses on promoting health using evidence-based lifestyle medicine. Dr. Cho combines compassionate whole-person care with the latest advances in lifestyle medicine to help patients experience wholistc health. Dr. Cho is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and provides assessment, prescribes exercise conditioning, consultations and lifestyle education for athletic performance and medical conditions. Dr. Cho believes a doctor’s primary role is as a teacher and speaks widely to educate the community on healthy lifestyles for the prevention, treatment and reversal of leading health conditions. Dr. Cho is licensed with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and a member of several professional bodies including the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. He is also the volunteer medical director for Compassion Health, an annual volunteer-run health clinic that provides free health services to the less fortunate in cities across Canada.
Leroy Tan is a chef by profession, having trained and worked at some of the best restaurants in Toronto and the world, such as Susur Restaurant and LEE Restaurant (Toronto), Vue De Monde (Australia) and Narisawa (Tokyo). He had struggled with food addiction all his life and was overweight and depressed. By chance, he stumbled upon a health documentary which completely changed his relationship with food. He now leads a healthy whole food vegan lifestyle and is a graduate of the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program by eCornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
